Angela Mason

Angela walks in on Matt having sex with Lindsey on August 22, and she runs to her good friend Neil for her woes. Later, when Matt comes looking for her, Neil goes to meet Matt at the door. Angela runs away, crying, before Matt can come in to find her. He calls her on her cell, telling her he's sorry. She laughs at him while he asks for her to listen to him. She refuses to, crying, yelling at him, telling him she loved him right before she car crashes and dies.

Later, Neil digs Angela up after her funeral and draws symbols on her coffin during the ritual to raise her from the dead. When it works, he brings her back to his house and sets her up in the basement where he has a place for her. She sneaks out to see Matt for several days.

One night she sneaks out to find Matt sitting alone in his living room, watching home movies of them together. He pauses it on Angela's face, before he sees a full length reflection of her. Startled, he turns around and screams as Angela cuts his throat, splattering the blood across the TV.

The next night Neil walks down to the basement where Angela is sitting on the cot. She crosses the room, tells him she misses him, and then they start kissing.

The next night they talk about Matt again, but Angela claims they wasted enough time talking about him, because Matt didn't deserve her. Neil tries to ask politely if she got out to see Matt, and she claims she's been in the basement the whole time. How could he think such a thing? But Neil sees that she's different. She claims it's because he's the only one who has really loved her. They smile.

After Neil leaves to go to work, Angela leaves the basement again to go after Lindsey. As Lindsey is going to investigate a noise at the front door, Angela shows up and grabs Lindsey's hair as she screams. Breaking away from Angela, Lindsey runs for the kitchen while Angela grabs a pair of scissors. Lindsey keeps saying she's sorry, but Angela doesn't think she's sorry enough. Angela swings twice and misses both times. Lindsey kicks out and Angela falls on the scissors. Lindsey is horrified, and turns over Angela's body where the handle of the scissors stick grotesquely out of her chest. Angela's eyes open and she grabs Lindsey's hair as they both stand. With her free hand Angela pulls the scissors out of her chest but before she can stab Lindsey, two guys show up. The shorter one shoots Angela twice, before she turns around, and then shoots her again. Angela screams and bolts out of the window with him following her. She outruns him. Deciding she needs help, she heads for Neil's work.

Neil is at work in Dr. Mason's office when Angela shows up. She has to hide immediately, though, because the two guys show up, claiming they know everything. She overhears everything. They tell Neil that Angela killed Matt, and she tried to kill Lindsey. The short one tries to forcibly make Neil tell them where she is, and Neil lies, saying she's at his house. They have another ritual to do over the grave, and Angela will be dead again. He tries to make Neil come with them, but Neil refuses. They leave, and Neil confronts Angela in the closet. She shows him where she's hurt and begs him to help her kill them to stop them. Neil agrees to help her and tells her to wait, before he heads out to get the car. However, before Neil can leave in his car, Angela is there. She realizes he's leaving her, so she kills him by snapping his neck.

She goes back to the cemetery and finds the tall one by himself. He swings around to aim a gun at her. She begs her case - she didn't ask to be brought back, she's still herself, she's still a person. He fires a gun, hitting her squarely in the forehead. Her head snaps back, and with a scream she runs after him. Catching him, Angela pulls his head back to snap his neck. However, the other guy fires his gun at her, throwing her off the tall guy's back. Another three times firing at her, causing her to stumble back until she falls straight into her open grave and coffin. The guy jumps on top of her, stabbing her with a sword as she screams for him not to, but it is too late. She dies again, on August 31, 2006.
