Harold Todd buys the old Dorian place, and the first thing he does is to bulldoze the house, on May 3, 2006. The next day, strange accidents begin to happen, of cars looking as if they had been run into, but there are no tire marks. Along the same stretch of road in three weeks two deaths of black men occur. Harold takes himself to the newspaper office, and discusses what will be printed with Jimmy Anderson and Cassie Robinson, the daughter of Martin who died the previous night. He contends their grief is clouding their judgement, before he leaves.
Unfortunately, the next night Jimmy is killed. Out at the crash site, Harold is talking with Cassie. She wants the main road closed, but Harold contends it was an accident. Dean Winchester, with his brother Sam, comes up to ask if there were any additional denting on Jimmy's car, as if it were pushed. Cassie introduces them as family friends. Harold points out there were only one set of tire tracks, therefore it isn't foul play. Cassie accuses him of being racist, which he gets offended at, telling her to ask her mother before he walks away.
The next day Harold is out at the old Dorian place, looking over the construction site. He rolls up the plans and takes them back to his trunk. As he is closing his trunk, the sound of an engine revving is right behind him. He turns and sees Cyrus' old black truck, pulling up and revving it's engine. He turns and runs down the road with the truck following him before it hits him. He falls down the embankment, his bones crushed and internal organs turned to pudding.
