Biography

In Scarecrow, the demon Meg shows up in Meg Masters, as a young hitchhiker that Sam comes across.

In Shadow, the demon possessing Meg is living in Chicago, setting up a trap for John Winchester. In the confrontation with Dean and Sam, Meg is thrown out of the 7th story window by the daevas the demon had tried to control. This results in the injuries that later kill Meg Masters.

In Salvation, the demon possessing Meg shows up to kill Pastor Jim Murphy in Blue Earth, Minnesota, and later killing Caleb in Lincoln, Nebraska, the next day in order to force John to give up the Colt. She meets him in Lincoln, but fails to retrieve the correct Colt, being shot as the test. The demon then helps capture John.

In Devil's Trap, the demon Meg ends up at Singer Salvage, trying to track down the Colt. With Bobby Singer's help, Dean and Sam capture her in a Devil's trap. Bobby warns Dean there is a girl being possessed by the demon, and that the exorcism will kill the girl. The demon is the only thing keeping her alive. After a long question and answer session during the exorcism, Dean tells Sam to expel the demon from Meg. He does, and the demon leaves. With Meg's body broken from the 7 story fall in Chicago, Illinois, and a gunshot wound from Lincoln, Nebraska, she is in pain. Bobby goes to grab a blanket and some water for her, as well as calling 911. She, brokenly, tells them it's been a year and that she couldn't move her own body. The things she did, it was a nightmare. Dean asks about John, and Meg confirms the demon was telling the truth. However, the demons want them to come for John. The demon they are looking for isn't there, but there are other ones - awful ones. It's by the river, and she says Sunrise before she dies.

In The Born-Again Identity, the demon Meg uses her previous meatsuit's name of Meg Masters for a position as a nurse in a psychiatric ward, becomign Nurse Masters.
